1. Data We Collect

LabraFit collects the information you provide when you create an account, including email address and a password, as well as dog profile data such as name, age, sex, neuter status, weight history, activity level, and AI analysis results. We also collect app usage data and device identifiers to improve performance, debug issues, and keep the service secure.

2. Photos & AI Analysis

When you upload photos for AI body analysis, those images are stored in Firebase Storage under your account and sent to third-party AI providers (including OpenAI) for processing. Providers are contractually required to protect data using industry-standard security practices. LabraFit does not sell your photos or AI results.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to: (a) calculate DER/RER-based calorie budgets and dynamic transformation plans; (b) show trends in weight, activity, and consistency; (c) power smart reminders and notifications; and (d) maintain security and prevent abuse. Aggregated, de-identified data may be used to improve algorithms and user experience.

4. Family Sharing

If you join a dog via invite code or invite family members to your dog, the invited accounts will be able to see that dog's profile, journal history, and AI analysis results. You can stop sharing by removing a caregiver in the app or revoking their access.

5. Your Choices

You may request deletion of your account and associated dog data at any time by contacting support or using available in-app tools. Some anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics, security, and legal compliance.

6. Children's Privacy

LabraFit is intended for adult caregivers in the United States and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
